My baby of 2 years is making eye contact when I say rhythms from last 3 days earlier very less eye contact was there doctor said mild autism doctor said no therapy right now is there is this improvement sign

A. hi your baby is 2 years old now disorders of communication like autism can be confirmed after age of 3 years so do not worry some children can be shy or slow to learn.as per your description there is improvement
