my baby now 9months old can I give fish to my baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, it would be too early. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give veggies like potato, beetroot, cartot, and fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form

No not now.
Fish egg chicken meat to be introduced once baby completes one year.
Now it will be difficult for the baby to digest it.
