A. Give milk products like curd, butter, ghee in small amounts and homemade paneer. Give one boiled egg per day. Give peanut butter. Give bananas, pears and avocados as they help in weight gain. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give potatoes and sweet potatoes as they also help in increasing weight. Give plain nuts like walnuts, almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts. Give raisins. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them.
