my baby not gaining weight. he is 11 months old now and from past 3-4 months he is 7kgs only. pls suggest what to do to increase my baby weight.

To increase the weight of the baby include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, egg, chicken, milkshake with dry fruits, rice water, banana, avocado and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals alongwith variety of fluids.
