Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. please do not force the child to it instead make it a playful activity like a game as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age
Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi mom, try different variety of foods. Offer three healthy meals plus two healthy snacks per day. Offer water 30 mins before meal time. Add more iron rich foods into your baby's diet. Thank you and have a nice day.
