My baby moves while on tummy and started rolling over in less than 2 months. Is it a sign of cerebral palsy ?

give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and.
every child is different and has different milestones.
start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly .

And if your bahy is doing it earlier than the time then that is also considered normal. But you should once get this checked by your paediatric as he wlmay check many other things in person.
