My baby lips is like this after feeding . Is it normal ?

Yes, this is totally normal but you have to clean your baby lips every time after feeding and it is very important to keep them pink. If you will not clean it properly after feeding then it can. What is the colour will change into black within a time so you have to very careful about that.
