A. To increase weight of the baby, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Try not to force feed and make eating a fun time. Serve in a kiddie bowl or plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range and give in different shapes and colors to make it interesting.
