my baby just got hurt while playing ..he went and fallen on cot...little swollen on head...what should I do now

A. forehead nerve swollen

A. no vomit no bleeding just a swelling doctor

A. baby has had a head injury so first of all avoid panicking at the situation it is normal for a baby to have fall also just check for any bleeding or but also check for vomiting please consult a pediatrician
