My baby just completed his 4 months. There is one visible tooth in up side right corner ( not in centre). What is this? And tooth is not on gum area, this is above the gum

A. hi this is not teeth. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for routine dental examination. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cottom cloth
