Visit ur nearest pediatrician
He will examine ur baby in details and guide u in a better way

Sometimes you do vomiting you can see this kind of a thing that the kids get very exotic exhausted because they low on water and all so I’m just going to recommend you to give water full of ORS to your child regularly which is what is going to help and please consult your doctor as well
