My baby is very light weight but she is seeming tall. Should I concerned about her weight?

Look you have to evaluate on the basis of the birth weight by now your child should be at least 2 kg more than the birth weight of the child even if the child is tall this is the minimum amount of weight that your child should have gained by completing the age of four months
