My baby is taking plenty of water and fruits. But nowadays he is passing less urine only. Also he is going motion on alternative days only. What to do? Should I consult a doctor?

A. Mam with due to summer that your child is not you passing amount of urine so give more fibre also good digestion of motion would be every day and give more of citrus and water based fruits like watermelon and all
