my baby is taking hypacep and noctura syrup recommended by doctor. from that time he gets tired soon not active that much which he was earlier.. is anything to worry?

components are melatonin, cyproheptadine hcl., tricholine citrate., sorbitol solution

Yes Of course it’s a matter of concern if your child was way too active on start and if your child is so dull after having all the supplements then you should stop giving the supplements for the time being and we consult your doctor explained him the entire situation and ask him to change the medicine if it is needed
