ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 years old now she is having indigestion issue or stomach infection give plenty of fluids to maintain hydration and start a probiotic and zinc supplement like Rinifol Z 5 ml twice a day for 5 days and give domstal syrup 5 ml for vomitings
