Loose motion could be because of some  infection or if chronic than could be some malabsorption.
Initially you can give zinc supplement for 2 weeks and probiotic like econorm sachet for 3 days for two times a day.
For any specific treatment consulut your doctor and maintain proper hydration .
 can give khichdi ,mashed potato, ripe banana poha if the baby is above 6 months of age,
 maintain pproper hydration by giving plenty of fluids.ors can also be given.

Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby. Take care
