Q.

my baby is suffering from loose motion. it is like a bit watery and yellow in color and it is looking like tiny bubbles inside. so what should I do. my parents were telling them anasalu. please give me any suggestion to cure them.

A. hi parent please breaatfeee her well and keep her well hydrated please keep your self well hydrated you may give her enterogermina probiotics drops one tube a day if motiins are more rhan five times a day or watery or green . please consult your doctor as well
