my baby is suffering from fever cough and I found some red spot on feet and palm. what we should do

this led to such type of skin eruptions and usually they will come for 5 to 6 days and then go away gradually in next 5 to 6 days.
usually symptomatic treatment is gizven along with regular fluids in the diet as well as daily bath. it is very important to remaining contact with the doctor.
if there is discharge present from the blisters or the pustules thenz you can apply t-bact cream over it.
can give paracetamol for fever.

visit the doctor..
keep baby well hydrated..
give steam inhalation
Warm compress with ajwain potli on baby chest and back
use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
