my baby is suffering from cold he is 100 days old,but doctor suggested to give 3 ml as dose is it okay for 3 months baby or need to give less ml

A. Hello, your baby b ofoy is 3 months old and is having a cold so any medicine should be given accordingly the weight of the baby and not having the age
