my baby has cold and runny nose from today morning, I gave her 0.7 ml sinarest AF, is it okay to give that much? last time my doctor prescribed monticope 2.5 ml for 3 days. which one is better? please suggest me..

A. Usually 10 drops which is fine there is no problem with that but the other medicine it was suggested 2.5 ML that’s very very high amount of medicine to be given what you giving right now is decent enough to be given for Cold
