My Baby is suffering, cold and cough till 10 days and doctor. Recommend me Mucolite drops but not relief to my Baby

A. Mam if your doctor has adjusted it would not be an issue actually the problem what is happening right now is a lot of medicines have been banned by the government under the age of four also not sure if your doctor is advising then it would be right only because they have proper knowledge about medicines to be given
