my baby is said pain in stomach and felling like stomach is tight .what is the reason behind this?

They could be lots of reasons behind stomach pain most common is usually indication maybe a child is having some problem in digestion that is why your child is complaining about stomach pain you can give medicine if the child is not better repeat the complain of stomach pain then consult your doctor
