Q.

My Baby is rubbing her eyes often and her cheeks becoming red. There's watery discharge from her eyes. is this an eye infection?

A. Ye set Korben due to that irritating water that is coming out of the eyes of the child I think that is why your child is getting rashes as well just to be on the safer side I would recommend you to get it checked with your doctor ones currently you can clean the eyes of your child with cold water
