RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl10 months agoA. In a lot of cases it has been seen when the child passes motion with a lot of pressure little bit of froth can be seen so there is nothing wrong with that it is very comfortable for the child to pass a motion like this so please do not worry about it
