My baby is pooping after every feed..he is 2 month old..giving him enterogemina as advised by doctor..but no such imporvment. pls help

but usually it is normal for young babies as they have immature digestive system.
so , please feed your child on demand
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
and if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about it much.
