My baby is pooping 7-8 times a day green foamy poop not completely loose but kind of and he is active no other symptoms but the area got red due to poop again and again pls suggest what do i do

A. Boroline I have a cream you can apply as of now this is going to be good so I’m just going to recommend you as of now to apply this every two or three hours and if your child is even having semi solid motion that green and colour they could be chances of teeth coming or maybe stomach infection please do consult your doctor as well
