they are usually remnants of umbilicus post delivery. usually does not require any type of major treatment except neosporine powder applicatdion or t-bact cream application and maintenance of hygiene and proper cleanliness. if it continues to persist beyond 6 months of age requires sdurgical intervention like quarterization or ligation removal

please don't pinch, push or rub this part
prefer Cotton clothes for your child
maintain good hygiene
