there's no delay..its normal..
kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip

But who says that there is a delay in the process it is right on time some kids start will have their teeth by the age of 17 months and that is also very normal so currently there is no delay in any process to have come others will also come over the period
