my baby is one year and one month old since week je has cough and cold now he has recovered but he is not eating any meal he only have breastfeeding and a lot of fruits sometime and he has lost almost 1kg weight wat to do?

A. give zincovit syrup for the appetite bhv. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
