Q.
my baby is one month seven days old,why he is not going to toilet from last 3days

At this age babies are mostly on exclusive breastfeeding/topup formula feed..So it is very much normal at this age for babies to not pass stools for upto 7-10 days until and unless the baby does not have any discomfort or other Symptoms(like persistent vomiting, incessant cry etc)..you just need to give proper burping(to relieve any colic if at all present)
PS:the same age babies may pass stools 6-7times a day which is also normal(gastrocolic reflex)
