My baby is one and a half month old she is on top feed but she is very gassy and spits out a lot… though she is gaining weight and and growing.. but so much of spitting is it normal?

A. Hi dear mom. Yes spitting up of milk is fine and this is due to reflux in babies which will go with time as baby grows up. So no need to worry if ur baby is gaining weight, accepting feeds
