my baby is on 03 months old (girl baby) she only feeding breast her wight 4.5kgs is she healthy enough.

A. hello actually the weight of the baby is absolutely fine no need to worry just try to feed your baby as a breastfeeding mother take good in take of food and breastfeed your baby
