my baby is of 4 months. She sweat while feeding. please help me to know the reason

Hi That’s easy to high body temperature which kids maintain at this age which is why they can do so it quite a lot specially on the forehead and behind the head when they are taking a feed it is considered very normal because most of the kids are going to sweat while taking a feed
