My baby is of 3 months and is exclusively on breastfeeding. Since today morning i am having fever, body aches. Which medication should I consider so it wont harm baby.

A. hi you can take normal peracetamol i.e.dolo tablet please keep your self well hydrated,it is important stay in well vantileted room try to take rest as and when it is possible.
