my baby is of 15 months..from 2 days I have stopped breastfeeding. but my breast are becoming too heavy,tight nd painful what should I do?

A. Hi parent You may express the excess milk using hand , warm comresion or using the breast pump. Massage the breast with warm water. and oil.. Take sunbath daily Take nutritious diet use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Don't use RO water
