RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 week agoA. I believe it’s better that you consult a nutritionist ones for a proper diet plan as your child is extremely underweight right now it’s approximately 3 kg or so so they will tell you what kind of diet and health are going to be good for
