my baby is of 1.5 month .a white solid part is there just below the urine part what is it ? is it a matter of concern?

A. Hello mom is it hard or soft ? Or kind of growth ? As if it’s is soft and missy and can be washed away with water then it could most probably be a discharge .. keep the area clean and dry
