Maybe the flow is not much that is why the child gets tired of sucking and take a break and sometimes the flow is higher so the child cannot accept it in one go that is why also they take a break and take feeding again and repeatedly but without having a clarity of the situation I cannot confirm on this so please consult a lactation specialist once
