my baby is now under weight. can u suggest me what should we do for that her weight not increase approximately form 3month

Hi If the way it has not been increased for three months and it has been stagnant due to any of the reason then that’s a very unhealthy sign for the child I would recommend you to ones get a check with your doctor and after that only you can figure out what the issue
