my baby is now 9 months and i want to loose weight but i am still having the same weight when I gave her birth.

A. Namaste Mom, Please do not stress, as now you can start with some physical exercise as such , be it walking , dancing or even yoga etc , and be mindful of what you are consuming such as avoid sugary, refined and processed foods.
