Q.

my baby is now 5 month old his weight is 9kg and above dr says that weight is too much he is depend upon lactogen formula milk . so now I what to do can I start cow milk to him ? he can't digest formula milk to always crying when I started to feed him and also he not taking bottel in to mouth so I feed him with bowl and spoon but he always crying and not sleep well to .by the dr consultation i started him rice dal kheer too . now m worried about his weight . dr says that because of formula milk his weight is gaining so now what to do ? can I start cow milk to him?

A. Cow milk should ideally be introduced after one year of age but you should talk to your Paediatrician about it if he permits then it can be started otherwise keep feeding
