my baby is now 4months old n since yesterday nite having fever in varying degrees.. n head is becoming too hot.. no cold cough...

A. small babies even if the fever is very less in degree the head will be having more temperature because of blood supply and more surface area read the baby with calpol drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day
