My baby is now 21 months but he still drink milk from the bottle so this habit is good for him or not

No, it is not good at all now. Your baby is almost 2 years old, and you should definitely avoid giving milk bottle to your baby and try to make your baby drink with the help of glass or you can also use a straw to make your baby drink milk because it attracts babies and babies start accepting it easily.
