Q.

my baby is now 2.4 years she is not eating food properly she is asking milk(pediasure chocolate flavor) always. we are giving 3 times a day. she use to watch YouTube videos always. if we accept for playing but she is not ready to play. my concern is she is not eating food.

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day so that the rest of the nutrition comes from healthy solids. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and limit the screen time.
