it's okay.. nothing to worry about as sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth.
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

Timing isn't that important; however, if your baby still has no teeth by the age of 18 months, it may be time to see a pediatric dentist for an evaluation
