My baby is not sleeping only crying what I do midnight

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaperx rash and more which negeds to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
