my baby is not pooping for last 3 days, she is on breastfeed. She peeing 3-4 hours gap. is this normal?

A. Hello mom that’s fine it is often seen in babies who are exclusively breast feed that they tend to have constipation but without any signs of discomfort as such it can max happen to about 4 to 5 days as well
