Q.

my baby is not passing stool for 4 day than on 5th day he passes. By this way he will not gain proper weight or any any issue

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to put oil in the rectum of the child but apart from that I would like to tell you that passing motion even once in 4 or 5 days is considered to be completely fine
