my 4 months 10 days baby boy is passing stool for every 3 days ,sometimes cry while passing stool. Pls help on this

A. baby is passing stool once in three days There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
