My baby is not increasing the weight. Now he is 3months 9days and his weight is 4.8 kg... when we checked last month on exact date his weight was 4.6kg. Since 5days he is vomiting lots of milk but he is super active, sleeping well, responding well, playing well... pls suggest

A. Hello mom while feeding make sure his head is slightly elevated , so that flow of milk is well and he is kept in upright postion , you may also take care of your diet in order to enhance your milk production
